14 inch box

anyone who doesnt use a box at least 2 inches below parallel is gay.....who am i

ur probably me. i did cambered squats just now off a 16 inch box with foam and that probly makes it somewhere between an inch or an inch and a half above parallel so anything im telling you now is gay rambling but yes i did box squat 345 for sets of 5 rep counts. i dont even know how many sets maybe 6 sets yes i suck.
i also taught nana how to do glute ham raises and on the first try she did reps of 4.
